This is one of the good mornings this week, just because I had 6 hours of sleep, compared to the last three nights. So, I decided to be prepared to chase the kids in their bike going to school, if that is what they prefer to do so. Funny enough, they ask in chorus….CAN WE RIDE OUR BIKE TO SCHOOL? I gave few answers back to evade the challenge but lo and behold, they managed to persuade me. So, we have done our early morning routines at home and now the three of us are ready to sweat it out and in my case, take the challenge! Oh I forgot to tell you that they just graduated from using their training wheels so they are enjoying their achievement at the moment by racing with each other.

In a span of 15 minutes and all instructions has been given, I have finally admitted, that it’s time to get my trainers in place again, my “get fit” regime so I can manage my two anklebiters on the road while they pedal their way to fitness, I mean to school.

S I came home, had a bit of cooling down while telling myself, come on mate, get fit you mother! or else you’ll be left behind with all the actions. Yes, am still gasping for breath as of presstime and here I found myself clicking the keyboard to do my mission and found the San Diego personal training site, for you all out there in a similar circumstances as mine and hoping with sheer determination, we can all sweat it out towards a fitter life!
